Our Mission
Rollinit is a company dedicated to collaborating with businesses that reflect the diversity of our community. We place a special emphasis on supporting businesses that have been marginalized by society, including (but not limited to) female entrepreneurs, LGBTQ+ business owners, and Indigenous enterprises. As allies, we recognize the importance of actively promoting inclusivity and equity in the business world. Our commitment to allyship extends beyond our services; it is an integral part of our company culture and values. We strive to create an environment where all voices are heard, respected, and valued. Through our work, we aim to uplift and empower underrepresented business owners, foster a sense of belonging, and contribute to positive change in our community. Land Acknowledgement
Rollinit aka Roll Initiative Inc would like to acknowledge we own and operate our business on Indigenous land in Treaty 6 territory.
We honour the many Nêhiyawak [Cree], Anishinaabe [Saulteaux], Niitsitapi [Blackfoot], Métis, Dene, Nakota Sioux and Inuit whose footsteps have marked this territory as traditional meeting grounds, a gathering place and travelling route. This land has been enriched by the culture, traditions and languages of it’s Indigenous people which has in turn benefited non-indigenous people with generosity, hospitality and knowledge.
